  • 1. Will I have to pay upfront?

    We have two payment options, you can either pay in three instalments or a one off when the placed candidate starts – for temps you will pay weekly.

  • 2. Are you more expensive than using a job board like Indeed?

    Not at all, when you factor in the cost of the adverts, the time to write the advert and all of your time to recruit. If your time is valuable our fees work out very competitive.

  • 3. How does it work? I have never used an agency before?

    Give us a call, we’ll arrange a visit and get to know your business, what your issues are and identify where you need our help. We’ll pull a proposal together and you decide what level of support you’d like. 

  • 4. Why should I use you rather than another agency?

    There are lots of agencies to choose from and at first glance you may think we’re all the same but we’re not. We’re local to the area, so we really understand the local job market and what local candidate are looking for.  We know how important it is to get to know you and we make sure the service we provide is personal to you.
